For more than 20 years, MBS has been designing and selling postcards and greeting cards to help medical professionals market their services. MBS Greetings marks our entry in the wholesale greeting card market and we are excited to share our designs with you and your customers.

What is your return policy?

If a card design fails to meet your sales goals, you may return it for one that will.

Are you going to sell my name?

No. We do not share, rent or sell your information.

About Products and Ordering

How do I set up an account?

When placing an order online, you will be prompted to set up your account information and a password at the end of the ordering process. Your password is not stored by MBS; online account and passwords are for customer convenience only. If you do not recall your password, you may set up a new one. When you place an order over the phone, our customer service representatives will gather your account information and discuss payment and shipping options with you.

Do I have to have an account to place an order online?

No. You are able to fill your shopping card online and then check out without a username and password.

What are the benefits of creating a username and password online?

At this time, if you create an account online, your bill-to and ship-to information will automatically appear once you log in. At this time, customers are unable to pay bills, look at previous orders, or track their shipment. Any of our customer service representatives are more than happy to help you with this information.

Can I receive a catalog and product samples?

Our customer service representatives are happy to send samples along with current catalogs.

How do I find my card?

You can do a site search for any product name in the search bar at the upper right corner of the homepage.

What weight is the card stock?

Our greeting card stock is 100 lb. cover with gloss finish on one side.

Be sure to check out our best-seller packages which include a FREE or discounted rack. In addition, we also offer volume discounts off the subtotal of your order.

About Shipping

How and when will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship within 48 hours. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS priority mail within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders to the Midwest and East Coast arrive within 2-3 business days after we ship them; orders to the Western states generally take 4-5 business days.

Can I get faster shipping?

Next-day, 2-day and 3-day shipping options are available. Please all us for an express shipping quote.
